A little Jesus feels about right in the City Hall Square, Marking my soul's ascendence into the Kingdom as I walk, A man aching in the sunlight of Spanish voices. I wonder if Jesus stands close as He folds His blood thickened thorns, annointing my path, marking X's for the sinners, singing for the angels, believing in God's beneficence?
