The Pages of My Life Journey's has given us a brand new page To fill with fervent praises for our Lord, Just as he has given to us each day, Twenty-four hours to read and spread His word. The old pages in Spiritual Journeys Will be very carefully tucked away, A permanent record of praise-filled words, Surviving perhaps, until Judgment Day. So it is with each of our precious lives, Every day is recorded in His book; To be uncovered in the Lord's own time, Opened up wide for His decisive look. Shall I be proud for my Master to see The way I have used my allotted days? I pray the time of emptiness and waste Will be far less than that which sings His praise. Joyce 10/14/02 |
