In a place far away, that's where my sights will be.
Where I won't look to men to find the value of me.
A place my voice will always sing,
my ears will hear, and my eyes will always see.
Somewhere I won't worry about what the world will bring.

In a place far away, that's where my heart will rest,
and find a new home in the palm of His hand, beating in His chest.
A place where forgiveness falls as soon as I confess.
A place that knows no boundries in the north, south, east, or west.
Somewhere I won't have to worry about what happens next.

In a place far away, that's where my life begins,
where remembered is my testimony and forgotten are my sins.
A place where angels fear to trod is where my soul will live.
A place where time doesn't exist is the gift I've been given,
Somewhere I won't worry at all, because I will be in heaven.

(smiles) I believe we all dream of this place with all our hearts, with golden streets and a kingdom over the clouds and angels walking all upon them, with the Lord reigning in His throne! WHOOOO. I liked this poem a lot. It is absolutely amazing to see the different perspectives of heaven. Thank you so much for reminding me of that pleasures heaven will bring.
