(This is not about me.) Climb Each Hill My life lies shattered on the floor. I'll quickly sweep it up before Somebody steps upon a shard. Though I find it very hard To continue, I can hide The way I'm bleeding deep inside. I go outside to see the day. The creek's still flowing, anyway. The sun did rise and in the air Sounds of bird life everywhere. Here, I'm the one who's out of place, The tears still drying on my face. But after while, a peace descends. Even devastation ends! For life and hope go hand in hand And even when the things we've planned Are altered at the whim of fate, Somehow we learn to compensate. God gives us strength. We find the will, To carry on and climb each hill! [This message has been edited by Trillium (11-13-2002 04:04 PM).] |

(big hugggssssss) Oh Betty, this is so wonderfully touching, sweet friend, I can well relate to this for I have been climbing all my life and felt at times I could never make it, now the apex doesn't seem that far away to me now! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is a message of faith for everyone, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Betty, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Noah: Thanks so much for your response. I guess every time we climb one hill, there's another one in front of us, but that seems to be life! We have God to help us along! Betty Lou Hebert |

Great writing Betty and I notice the disclaimer. I think we should be allowed to step out of the box and write about things that do not pertain to our own experiences. I have tried this sometimes and am always afraid that people will read more into it than there is. Joyce |
