My help comes from the mountains
That is where I find my peace
My strength, where I can live for you
When I leave the mountain I am yet again alone
In the valley of the unknown
trying to seek your face
The bitter fog surounds me and I fight to be with you
My Jesus, I love my mountain that you find me on
Where I can simply love you
leave the valley behind
God I pray for strength back in the valley
God I pray that you reach out your hand to me
I pray for the strength to grab it
We come back to the valley not knowing what will happen
But God, you do
I thank you
Protect and love us until next time when we come to the mountain

How wonderful it is to trust in Him! I love the mountains and valleys you speak of.. I live in West Virginia and such things are quite vivid to me, as well as the events they stand for.

(sigh) And amy every time you feel so small compared to the mountain, smile, as he mountains are Him, watching over you, guiding you with His utmost strength and love! (big hugggssssssss) This is a most beautiful prayer, sweet friend, you grace the valley with melody, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Malloree, thank you for sharing!
