Residue

Your love hasn't gone
Unnoticed
It resides in everything
you do

You can see it
in the smile of a child
You can hear it
in the purr of this moment
You can smell it
in the blossoms of your mind
You can taste it
with earth's gifts upon your tongue
You can feel it
in the fires of your heart
You can touch it
when love's spirit gives you a hand
You can know it
when love plays magic upon your soul
You can believe it
when love comes smiling back at you

Hi MysticDreamer, I like your screen name. I always felt that dreamers are a step ahead. I like your poem. To me your poem seems to convey the message of God seeing the love that we have from within us and you seeing the love that is within this World. Nice write. God Bless!!

I have been away from the "Spiritual section for some time, mainly because of the voting and stuff, but I will have to say.. I feel at home here. This was the first poem that I have read coming back and I loved it. I love it when poetry is so full of emotion and love.. great work. I voted.
