This is the lyrics to a song I wrote that was in a bag with my amplifier that was stolen with my bass while I was asleep in a parking lot. ----------------------------------- Parting in sorrows can be a nasty game Failing to breath can be just one in the same We all have a number just waiting to come up In the end what will play out as death pours out his cup (24 measure chorus music with no lyrics) Heaven and hell till that day will have to wait Till each life's decision of Christ will forever state Eternity in comfortable and bliss-filled feasts Or damnation in flames raging with hate filled beasts Raging with hate filled beasts (12x) When you wake up in this place you're forever here alive No matter what your perception of truth the fairy tale has died Here your eternal soul will confess that Jesus Christ was on your side To avoid any discomfort and go to heaven ask him to be your ride (And) Share a place with angel feasts (12x) Sometimes you just gotta let the Gospel come out That Jesus Christ the Lord is alive and He's well And He wants to give you life through His death However know that your days will be filled with tests For the Lord corrects and teaches those He loves For He wants to bring you to His best up above (Solo) Just before I finish up I want to say Jesus Christ is Lord, and no other name is the way All you have to do to be forgiven of all your sin is to ask Him in... ...your heart And the everlasting joy of a life with Him will forever start Salvation is a gift (12x) For All |
