The Blood that Jesus Shed for Me "But if we walk in the Light as He is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." I John 1:7. Nothing is as important as the Blood that Jesus shed for me; for it is by Christ dying upon the cross and shedding His Blood that He took all the sins of the world upon Himself, an earthly sacrifice that has eternal ramifications, for by the giving of His blood, He fulfilled His earthly purpose to restore us to the Grace of God, to give us a Way to our Heavenly Father. As He said in John 14:6,7; "Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." "If you had known Me, you would have known my Father, also; and from now on you know Him, and have seen Him." Jesus was the Sacrificial Lamb upon that day when He gave His Life for us, the world. He lives today, He was Resurrected by the Power of the Holy Spirit, which is a part of God; as God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Today Jesus is in Heaven sitting at the Right Hand of the Father and for all those that believe and receive Jesus as their Savior, they too will be with the Heavenly Father in Eternity, not because we are perfect but He that is perfect shed His blood for us... "Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Jesus, as a lamb without blemish and without spot, He indeed was forordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God." ...I Peter 1:18-21. "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through this Spirit who dwells in you."
