How blessed is that man who in his walk
does not take council with the ungodly
nor on the highway of sinners stands he
nor sits he in the seat of those who mock.
But he delights in the law of the Lord
and in this does he also meditate
from early dawn to evening until late
that he might know the meaning of the Word.
He is that tree beside the flowing river
that in its season giving out its fruit
will prosper. So is he in all that he may do.
Thus is he who worships Jesus, giver
of all things that are true and good.
Therefore let us claim Him as our Lord.
