I'm sittin here tonite
two steps past wonderin why
lookin straight into the eyes
of tears I never cried.

Buried oh so deep
I thought that they would keep
til my heart could finally heal
but tonite its just as real

as it ever was

its not about someone to blame
cuz thats a losing game
or wishing way to hard
upon a falling star

It's counting on my Father
to walk me through the forest
with a child's awe and wonder
of the Love inside His story

as it always was.

curiosity compels me always to read the untitled poems, and more often than not, i am not disappointed, as is the case now. good work
