Potter’s Hand Sunrise shines into a new day, life again regains its stir. A guarantee for open hearts – life fills the air, His formed celestial harmony of time and nature at work, and it impresses our thoughts… His hand stirs and His creation once again is busy. Bonding together is His word, His power, His love, and His grace, and majesty, His creation awakens. He gently scribed into each molecule, atom, star, planet and empty space His signature, His name, as a potter who marks His work… Hidden, and yet easily observed, He contains it all within life. His living breathe, His spirit… From the very beginning of time all things unchanged, apart from His hand: holding and molding all that is, from beginning to this day and forever. We are His clay, He is the potter; from the earth we were taken and made for His purpose and His glory. Formed by the red clays, black soil, white of rock, and clarity of His great river. We were tempered by His light and held within His hands and heart and live as His carved vessels, His children. As the stars in the heavens, the seas with their tides, the mountains and the hills and every creature apprise... He, the LORD, with His Word did make all this, earth and the universe for a dwelling, an adventure for all mankind, for His purpose. As a potter He makes use of the clay. He molds as He determines to shape, and to make, and to glorify His name: All He has made is good. With a sense of curiosity in His plan, we instinctively search His power and wisdom. What is it that we find? How can we know to search? We are but the vessel made by His hand. With His breath we are made alive with His spirit which He carefully placed inside He gives life to each vessel. We all are the work of His hand, we all are molded within His plan… Our LORD, The potter’s hand… ~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~~~AW~~ But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand. Be not so terribly angry, O LORD, and remember not iniquity forever. Behold, please look, we are all your people. (Isaiah 64:8-9 ESV) . . . . Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

An enjoyable piece on a well known passage; loved the message; it's important to see God in the details surrounding one's life; nicely done. -Joe Breunig Reaching Towards His Unbounded Glory Logic, when applied to people, fails miserably! --Joseph J. Breunig 3rd |
