seeking

When life is hard
give me the grace
to be at peace
to seek your face
to know that I
rest in your hand
and have a place
within your plan

It's easy to be thankful
When paths are smooth and clear
But I'm hurting and grieving
And want to disappear
With so much inner turmoil
