Help!

Crying out to God
help us Father
we are drowning.
We are over our heads
going down, slipping away
reaching for Your Hand.

Life is drowning us
debt is overwhelming
shutoffs threatening.
Van broken in back yard
out of food, out of everything
sick and tired of sick and tired.

Praying together
knowing in our knowers
our Father takes care of us.
Getting kinda dark, Father
getting harder not to fear
getting darker and darker.

Crying out to God
help us Father
we are drowning.
Seeing Your Light
above the darkning surface
reaching for Your Hand.

Oh my, sounds like you're out of work and daily essentials, Daniel. Your faith is really tested in such dire times.

Right now I'm asking the Lord to answer your plea, if it be His will. We know He wants the very best for us, yet we cannot understand how He works out all for good because our vision is so limited.

Thank you for sharing your faith in our Creator here.

Indeed, it soulds like pretty dark times. You are looking in the right direction, though. Don't take your eyes off the Father.
