A decade of the twenty-first century Has already been spent and is gone. Was it frittered away, unaware of the day We need look back to see what we’ve done? Have we thoughtlessly not stopped to thank Him Every day for the rise of the sun, For the days, the weeks, the months and the years, A decade of working and fun? What a great reminder to give thanks for every day we have here. That's a good New Year's resolution. It's sad, but I have to admit I'm one who prays more when problems are tumbling around in my life than when all seems to be going well. God bless, Rae |
