The potent preacher stands tall in the pulpit
His flock hang on every word he spills
Weaving his magic with linguistic skills
They are oblivious to his lascivious ways.

The creed he spouts must be adhered to
No wavering from the straight and narrow
For their faith has to be as true as an arrow
But starvation and disease knock at the door.

The motley crowd have come here for salvation
And words of hope which will ease their plight
From the preacher who deals in wholesale trite
As he effortlessly exploits the the uneducated mass.

So what is the context of this? This could easily be interpreted as you expressing that God is not real. I am not sure if that is your point. If it is I will pray for you that Jesus reveals Himself to you in a meaningful and powerful way.
