sailing to as yet unseen
isles: hungry, thirsty.

On a spiritual plane, your haiku reminded me of the coming darkness and our Christian journey and our deep thirst and hunger for  Home. The Bible verse that came to my mind  was ...

“Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” Psalm 30:5b NIV
