The day has started, the sun, a burning mass of flaming ship Is visiting us again there’s not a day that it can skip. It’s always there, you see, even if hiding behind a cloud. So very faithful to us here on earth, of this it’s very proud. The creator put it there for us a prize we don’t deserve. He holds nothing back from us there’s nothing in reserve. The sun moves from east to west across a pale blue sky. We raise our heads to heaven and still we wonder why, That our creator’s love for us is such that he would die. |

God's profound love for us definitely boggles the mind. His gifts so extra-ordinary, patience that's unimaginable, knowledge far beyond our understanding and grace we can only strive toward are undeniable proofs of His awesomeness. Thank you for sharing your poetry here. God bless, Rae |
