Sin is not as simple as we think it is,
It's not a simple rule that is broken.
It is more than that,
So much more.

Sin is easy to dismiss,
As a simple mistake or a rule broken.
We do not understand the harm it can bring.
Sin is so much more than we think.

To sin is to hurt Jesus,
To hurt Him in such a way,
That we dare not think of it,
Yet we do it any way.

When you recognize that every sin you make,
You hurt Jesus then you will finally recognize,
The need for confession,
The need to apologize to Christ.

And he will accept,
And he will Forgive.
For he Loves,
His flock.
