If I walk in the shadow of your love Will I be safe in the rapture above In the final day's when Jesus come's back Will my name be written in the glorious book of life Having known Christ for most of my life Dispite it being full of anger and strife He forgave me when I came back home Healed my heart and reassured I'm not alone. If I walk in the shadow of your love Will I be safe in the rapture above In the final day's when Jesus come's back Will my name be written in the glorious book of life Jesus set me from Satan's grasp Increased my faith when I felt weak Healed my broken heart and touched my soul Brought me back from death so I could grow old. If I walk in the shadow of your love Will I be safe in the rapture above In the final day's when Jesus comes back Will my name be written in the glorious book of life So when there's signs the last days are near He'll quiet your heart and take away your fear Of Earthquakes and Pestilence you need not be afraid Trust in Gods example of Christ-like love If I walk in the shadow of your love Will I be safe in the rapture above In the final day's when Jesus come's back Will my name be written in the glorious book of life Christ died on the Cross to erase my sins So my new life wisth him could soon begin My being Babtized through the Grace of God The gift he gave me with a wink and a nod... |
