The Master’s Love

They called her Amanda
“Worthy of love”
But forgot her angel
To help from above

So she’s on her own
What a life to make
There’s no one to help her
So she’s stuck in mistakes

Life won’t come easy
But there from above
Better than angels
The One who all love

And whispered she heard it
That faint call from Him
The Master of oceans
Bowed down heard her whim

“Father,” she cried,
In a desperate attempt
“Can’t someone help me?”
She felt small content

“Amanda, my dear one”
The Son’s whisper calmed soul
“I wish thee thy happiness
That may make thee whole”

The tears caught her throat
And the rain stained her face
She felt so much love
Contained in one place

No need for an angel
That no one else knows
The love of one Son
Makes up for all those
