Speakers for God, go forth with all His grace in you. Put straight the wayward souls you meet and do what few would do. Know that the power of God is fully on thy side; Prepare thy heart to preach the word and in His grace reside! Speak of the Lord, our God, tell of His wondrous deeds, Tell all around He made all things; all good from Him proceeds. Be firm in Christ the Lord and take His helping hand Take up thy cross and leave this world and in His armor stand! Speakers for Christ, go forth to preach the Word of God Put straight the wayward souls you meet, tell all what God has done. Trust not this world or man or riches you may win But in the Lord our God have faith and mercy you shall gain. Abide with me fast falls the eventide. |
