If I forget Thee, Lord,
These hands their skills remove,
Remind me with thy tender words
And bless me thy love.

If I thy Church forsake
Or with the scoffers join,
If Christ is not my greatest joy,
No fate is worse than mine!

Remember God, my soul
And know what He has done:
Rose from the dead and took its power
And over Hell has won!

Now, with thy Word I stand
And use it as my shield.
To God, our everlasting, Lord
All love and thanks I yield.

Beatifully put hex...sooner or later we ALL falter, but that's the wonderful thing about the Lord...his forgivness and love know no bounty.
