The Savior of this stricken world
Will soon come from on high!
His flag of peace shall be unfurled,
For He is drawing nigh!

Behold, ye mourning souls, today,
The Lord of hope has come.
And He shall take us all way
To our eternal home.

Behold, ye hopeful souls, today,
The Prince of love has come.
Behold, behold the break of day;
Our vict’ry has been won!

Behold, ye loving souls, today,
the King of mercy now,
For He will take us all away
And crush His every foe!

Take up the light and join Him now,
Enter His ranks with love,
And come into His warmth and light
And heavenly joys above.

Abide with me fast falls the eventide.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! One can feel the love you have for Jesus in your life by the excitement and joy that comes through in each word. I especially liked "And come into His warmth and light
And heavenly joys above."
I can see and feel the warmth of His light in your poem. Excellent.
