A flutter of silver golden wings,
Great beings dressed in white,
Each brighter than a star, glowing,
Their numbers are amassing, growing,
The chorus begins to sing,
’Tis truly an amazing sight,
Watching the heavens ring~
I looked over faces of friends long dead,
Then I understood the meaning,
I understood why we go through life,
The thought cut through me like a knife,
I perished the idea, fore I'd have to be dead,
But then I saw God gently beaming,
So I sprouted wings and joined the chorus overhead~
