This poem was composed outdoors, in looking around and just writing about what I saw around me 3929 When Christ Walked Tall 22 April 2005 Blue skies scattered in puffs of white cattle grazing pastures of lament Birds singing on the breeze calm This creation of the Almighty put In God’s eye view to environment captured Some natural others man made A lonely tree in survival of degradations past This land in seedlings withered Where the pampas was far from maternal being Some good some not be that at all For whom was it that addressed the balance When on this earth Jesus Christ did walk tall “Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.” John 16: 20 KJV a poet who cares |

Yes, HE sure did walk tall, in spite of how things appreared to some. I like your use of descriptives in this piece. Rae |
