I want to scream, but I have no voice I want to cry, but I have no tears I want to fight, but I have no strength I want to live, but I have no years Don’t leave me here all alone Don’t leave me here on my own Take my hand and lead me home Lead me back to Your Throne Don’t tell me it’s too late I cannot live in this sea of hate Don’t leave me here all alone Don’t leave me here on my own Hold me close as my tears finally come forth Sobbing, screaming, fighting for breath Hold me close as life takes its hold Your Spirit has come to make me bold You didn’t leave me there all alone You didn’t leave me there on my own Thank you for bringing me home Thank you for bringing to Your Throne Though it was almost too late I shall not return to the sea of hate You didn’t leave me there all alone You didn’t leave me there on my own Lyn Eagleton 01/03/2006 Psalm 103? |

Awesome. Shows the truth of God that He will never leave us for forsake us. Great poem and great content. It is set up like a song. Makes me wonder if it was meant to be a song or is actually a song that you posted. Either way, I enjoyed it greatly. Sheri Adams Jesus lives in my heart! He can in yours too!!! |

A very nice post! Starts out as a plea which ends up being a relief for answered prayer. We're never alone. God bless Rae |
