Another wonderful day,
Thank you Lord.
Today I will
Make a special effort,
Not to sabotage
This gift
Of twenty four hours,
By living
In a world of myriad
WHAT IFS’ or IF ONLYS’.
I will savor this day
To the fullest
Precious Father.
With your guidance,
I will not go chasing
Elusive dreams
Into an unknown future.

I will appreciate the ‘NOW’,
Confidently assured of happiness
In following the footsteps
Of the Living Christ.
