Some Days Stand Out! The morning brought Your special gift. It gave my spirits such a lift, This winter day, decked out in white, From snow that fell all through the night. You decorated beautifully, With flocks of grosbeaks just for me, Who gobbled up the tasty fare, Of mountain ash red berries there. The sky so blue, the shadows long, Raised in my heart a joyous song And so I thanked You gratefully, For all the beauty I could see, Just knowing it was one of those I'll long remember when it goes And though each day from You is blessed, Some do stand out from all the rest!
