The Lighted Path Within my heart there is a light, a light unto my soul, that through my cold and darkest nights its presence keeps me whole. I never knew this light could height such comfort and such rest until what nights when felt such freight was still inside -- ‘Twas blessed: ‘Twas blessed to feel such presence there and leisure in such Peace; ‘Twas blessed to scurry from despair to find such warm release come from my heart unto my soul and shine what narrow way can still surround were Love abounds and Christ be found today. God bless, Lighthouse Bob [This message has been edited by Lighthousebob (03-01-2005 04:00 PM).] |

How wonderfully you've described the peace, Christ in our heart brings, amidst the world's disasters. I cannot comprehend how extremely difficult it must be to manage through life's disappointments without His constant comforting. Thanks for proding my thankfulness, Bob. |

It's not just the incredible rythm or rhyme (i may have spelled them both wrong, I just woke up) of your words Bob, but also the love that shines through them. I always feel good after reading you. Thank you. Maree and i knew in the crystalline knowledge of you ~Buckingham/Nicks |

I came looking for some of your poetry and I wasn't disappointed. I'm happy to see that you're still writing in here, Bob---your cadenced, metaphysical style is truly unique, and subtlety of your most powerful lines always rings with humility. I think you've got this poetry thing figured out. Brian "God becomes as we are that we may be as he is." ~William Blake |
