Beyond us, moons and souls abroad, And sprites, a glimmering sun. Mushrooms dance in choirs of lore, the fairy gods, they run. Earthbound creatures watch the moon. Wondering, watching, waiting soon. The boundless horizon embraces us. druids and angels dance with me. The weeping sunset having wrought it's benevolent soul, ..upon the seraphic crystalline sea. A fiddle distant.. weeps tones of redemption a few fleeting notes upon the air "Breathe," she tells me standing there ..i fall to my knees the wind blows her hair Spellbinded, dragonflies tell me of tales of lore as the trees' spirits silent, concur How did I get here? Loving spirits surround, Just how did i get here?.. I'm just not too sure Falling autumn leaves.. they dance with the breeze.. dead, they dance like marionettes. The calm honey light of the souls of the trees, Asunder.. they wait, in paradigm sets. Forlorned and weeping are these forsaken badlands Come creeping the woodland night so soon.. Aura curtains.. quaintly they ripple in waves as they unveil the face of the vagabond moon Faces I see in the water below. they rejoice when they find..now i know. Now I can see them. Angels in the shining water. Spirits of the other world. I reach to the sky I try so hard to reach to feel to taste the light On enslaved dragons' backs do I travel this day. On the wings of angels do I sail the wind. My soul burns strong through the endless fray, As the embers of my birthplace rising.. rescind.. We are the phoenix. the seraphic sky-eagle. ..The silent angels within frosted pines.. I am the lotus The free-loving spirit.. The white dove of lore Aye I am devine. You know, I am the feelings that churn there within The cold desperate etchings entombed in the wind.. We are the seeker the hunter, the hunted.. and the sacred rose's kiss. We Are He who Eternally Flows. Lo and behold, We tell you of this. Beyond us, moons and souls abroad, And sprites, a glimmering sun. Mushrooms dance in choirs of lore, the fairy gods, they run. Earthbound creatures watch the moon. Wondering, watching, waiting soon. "Breathe," she tells me, with a kiss, Tears run from my eyes amiss.. As I am embraced once more, A cruely honest horizon shatters me. The bonfire light warms me. The full moon warns me.. I fall to my knees. Crying. Thank you for giving me a glimpse into another world. Enchanting, surreal, dreamy, mystical and very very descriptive are some of the words that come to my mind after reading your poem. I love how creation has a voice in your poem. I like how you wake up with the horizon, the moon, and the bonfire and I do like how you end your poem with falling to your knees and with crying. Such humbleness, I think would be a most natural response for one who had been given such a wonderful wonderful revelation. Very Creative Writing. -Bob |

The title of your poem intrigued me, so here I am. Am not disappointed, this feels magical, like I'm a child again, who can see through Nature and her creatures and living things, something or some places far beyond ordinary imagination. Great originality! I particularly like this: "Falling autumn leaves.. they dance with the breeze.. dead, they dance like marionettes." |
