Okay guys, go easy on me, I poured my whole heart into Rasberry Rain and have come up with nothing since.         So this may not be that great.

My spirit sways
With the rythem of the amber waves
And I cry out to you
The air is so bitterly cold that I am warm
And the ocean crys
That her skin is frozen
And the stars blaze dully,
As though they know
That I should be on the land
That grows smaller and smaller
And I cry,
And the sky joins me
And there is a mad rush
Of preperation around me
While I stand in the middle of the ocean
On my wooden home,
With my eyes swelled with tears
My soul stuck on land

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Liz, this is wonderful, sweet friend, I love this, I could envision the amber waves like caramel and you yearning to just be swept away from this land tainted with war and sorrows and into your own special Atlantis underneath the waves! (sigh) This is excellent, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Liz, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Liz, this is really good. I like the form you wrote the poem in. I don't know much about all the technical parts of poetry and the different types. I do think, though, that I can feel when someone is being real and genuine with their feelings (most of the time, anyway). I truly feel that you are being  REAL  and  GENUINE. So, I like to read your poems.

Thanks, too, for the other poem you dedicated to me....."Like A Rasberry Rain". I love it. Gary doesn't have a computer, so I have to send him things through the mail. I know, though, that he will love the poem , too, and the fact that you were inspired to write it by one I wrote for him. In fact, I might just read it to him on the phone tonight when he calls me.

Thanks, sweet friend , for sharing your thoughts with us.

Love To All,
Ethel

Hey, I also wanted to tell you that I really love those little smiley graphics so many of you use. I haven't had a computer but for a little over a year, so I don't know all the technical things about computers, either. I have always liked smiley faces, though. They always make me feel the way they're intended to do....make me smile real big!! Especially on a rainy, gloomy day like today. We haven't seen very much Florida Sunshine these last few days.
Thanks, Liz.

Love To All,
Ethel

Seeing Chippy's reply to my poems make me want to cry. I miss her so much.
