Would that I were blind to such manipulations-- maneuverings of word-- absurd and subtle incantation return to me the folly of mine own hallucination and cloak my tongue and blanket eyes-- be still the machinations-- internalized in recessed mind a hallowed memory--I see a serpent growing wings-- of fire and tongue forked in duplicity-- be damned reality. Leave me to my visions then-- I have no need of cure. Perhaps the rant of a madman-- but there you are forever pure... |

(sigh) If the streets are flooding with serpents, then supposedly there are mongooses among us who can clean up their act and nmake the reality a safe place to tread upon again and introspect! (big hugggssssss) This is marvelous, sweet firend, I love the voice in your words, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Serenity~ Loved the mistique in this piece, but I'm still working on the full meaning. If I come up with something I will let you know...Paul |

I thank you all so much---but this one, as angry and venomous as it is? I happen to like very much---because? I read it aloud to my children. My son? said, "damn....d'ang...." -- and my daughter? simply asked me, "do they know you are a good poet?" *hugging me* with the same arms that hug them... I dance. I thank you all for kind replies? but forgive me if I count those two above in thousands... (serenity exits...dancing with herself...) |

Karen~ May I just say, 'WOW'? You NEVER cease to amaze and impress. I echo your son...and to your daughter... Yes...they know. Keep on dancing, my friend.
