I remember the castles painted upon the landscape. Beautiful post card images of real life, far away, yet close enough to take it all in and feel a sense of foreboding. A playful sense of the macabre there. Wrapped up in the style of the time bell bottoms and fringe, your arms around me and the smell of autumn in your clothes, as you held me oh so close, a memory..dark slightly edged in gray, for what we didn't see that day.
