Twirl of body in black lace vintage gown. A look upon reflection in dusty corner of forgotten room. A dance of one ballerina, in her mid-forties listening to music, in mind of nostalgia. Soft black lace swirl in mirror. A trip back in time, caught in pale light of attic, a dance of dust and memories. WhiteRose "my reflection becomes me" |

Here's hoping she will dust off that lace, and twirl again. |

Anne, Cool! I like this. I can almost picture it. Nice write. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

(sigh) Oh Anne, this is excellent, sweet friend, I too felt her slip that veil and as it went by seeing a 1940's ballroom and her gyrating around and glissading across te floor, may these memories always be cherished and may grace fill her heart, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Anne, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Midnite, the dance will come again. We never grow to old for that. Larry, thank you for reading and responding. I appreciate your comments. Noah, such a sweet and loving response. You are so special. The next time the ballerina dances, she will think of the angel of PiP and imagine him there. Vandana, glad you enjoyed. Dixie, yes this is true. Like honey and lemon, oreo's and milk, and men and headaches. stubby, glad it brought back memories for ya. Thank you for reading and responding. |
