this is a wood
where I’ve lived for decades
where great mossy walls have grown me in
and talled me up in vines I’m sure -
for my better good
or yours.

this is a wood
where I’ve buried my beliefs in stink dirt
and then unearthed them again for a feast,
where I’ve puddle mugged the universe
for wisdom
where I’ve stung adam in the brain.

this is a wood
where I’ve transcended from seed to tree
where canopied spies have saw me fit
and brittle cornered and calling -
a wood that has shown me longing
and how to string tethered roots from my teeth for effect.

The last line says it all.

I like this and you did that quite well.

If life is a wood, than this is the clearing.

Peace.  Thank you.

I'm glad I spied this near Druid fluidity. Weeds don't do well in woods, they need Sun.
Hold fast to your roots and the puddle will continue to reflect someone special.

OMG! I understand this one!!!

...of course that assumes that my interpretation is correct, go figure. It is good to see you again ms-a. your words here bend a little bit around the trunk, but not so much so that i felt myself lost in teh self-same forest. i dug (no pun) the concept and actualization. nice.

peace 'n hugs

~You folks are fine. Just,...you know, thanks for reading my stuff. For trying to see and understand. It amazes me that anyone would pause a moment to leave their thoughts behind to such, such,...uh a repeated theme/cry from me. *Peace you little poet creatures.

(and c?,...woohoo hooray! thanks for (still) attempting).

Wish there were words that i could use to describe the powerful state of awe your words have left me in. Thank you and hope many more posts have yet to come.
