Our hearts are sewn together,
by many fine woven threads.
Joined throughout forever,
since the day we wed.

A love that sees us through,
our sorrow, joys and tears.
A love somehow we knew,
could see us through the years.

Two hearts that beat in time,
with love that's so intense.
It creates a tender rhyme,
that makes it all have sense.

Passion comes when bodies meet,
and love within lights the way.
Caressing hands, somewhat a treat,
when gentleness wants to play.

Soft skin shivers from a touch,
and melts away the shyness.
Breathtaking moments of such,
that carries with it kindness.

Many tender times of talk,
and silences often shared.
The moonlit summer walks,
show the love and care.

The threads so finely sewn,
each one took some time.
Heaven must have known,
I'm blessed to call you mine.

One of the most perfect love poems I've read in awhile. Like the title and it being 'woven' into the poem.

Thank you Pat.I think this shows how alot of people feel about a loved one.Love has many threads.
