I look inside myself and realize that I am not the Boy I was when we first met But a man by right for I have grown from my internal fight the years have passed and our love still last though its light has faded it still is easily kindled by the past Memories of laughter and games of kisses and erotic flames that has burned into our emotions loves true devotion You have changed from the girl next door to a woman that I truly adore So as I kneel before you now I ask out loud will you take my hand and leave with me to never never land [This message has been edited by Thomas119gold (10-17-2002 02:13 PM).] |

Thomas, Awesome write. Glad you are here at Passions! This is truly a fine piece. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

Um, are you sure you are ready to put away your toys? Interesting write... not many men will acknowledge they still harbor Peter inside...that in itself is a sign of growth! Thanks for the read...looking forward to more. [This message has been edited by Sunshine (11-21-2002 02:46 PM).] |

Thomas, I really like the love story in this fine poem....and not just because I'm a hopeless romantic, either. It really has a good message to it. It kind of reminded me of my parents. They still act like a couple of teenagers sometimes. I pray that my Gary and I still feel like this when we've been together for many years. I do believe that we will. Thomas, many years ago I took an oath never to grow up...I've kept that vow...seems as if you did too?? ...believe what your heart feels... |
