There was once this one girl that I talk to in a bowling alley
And I knew that she was the one
We started to talk and I knew right away
We were going to have some fun
I mean she look beautiful, with those soft brown eyes
Made me feel loved deep inside
By a girl I really didn’t know but was all good
Its not like she was a gangsta from the hood
But she made me smile and that’s what counts
I couldn’t keep my eyes off her and this something that I couldn’t mount
I just wish we could see each other again and do all the things we've could of done
But things don’t look good as I try to stare at the sun
That’s what it was a girl with a shine
Knowing that soon she was going to be mine
In time of showing all the good things in my heart
Will alwayz make love in the dark
The times when I kiss them soft pretty lips
But I’m going to tell you this
Yet you’re the girl that I will alwayz miss
I really miss you and you probably don’t care
But you know what they say Life Isnt Fair
But that wont make me not be there
At that point when you were in my arms
I just melt because really I don’t think you knew how I felt
Deep inside my heart that filled with surprise
Not only fills our lifes with ones that we love
But will alwayz be cherish jus like the beautiful snow-white doves
Even though I’m far and not near
Does mean that I will keep trying for many years
To see you once again and do the things we were suppose to do
I just, I just love you
All the things I’m saying, and wondering why?
Because when I left I thought I was going to die
Because I didn’t say goodbye to one I loved the most and it hurts
Just felt like I didn’t listen and just kick you in the dirt
But hopefully things do get better for the both of us
Because I do want to keep in touch
And hope that you love me very much
Because I do and nothing cant stop that
Because I love you and that’s a fact
And I hope you don’t think these are just words that are coming out
Because I want you to figure something out
Just because we are far away thousands of miles
Alwayz make sure you keep your smile

We often kick ourselves later for missed opportunities. We only live once we should make the best of it. A life lived in fear is a life half lived! Good expresions in your poem, a bit too long for my taste. But it is YOUR poem do what you want with it. Best of luck! Keep Writing.
