somber shades of grey form the backdrop for winters emerging still life, as familiar meloncholy descends with hollow echos off twisted trees hanging in suspense for the songbirds return, along with me, now painted into this bleachedout picture of noncolors, waking to the beauty in the sadness, and the sadness in the beauty of these unchained walls of alienations freedom, and somehow for a few rare moments of clarity, the fog lifts |

reminds me of a few of the opening shots from "road to perdition"... stark, bleak...and profound. this is my kind of poetry. great work. it's our struggle for identity that leaves us all unknown |

(sigh) This is such a haunting vision you have painted, sweet friend, there is indeed clarity in sorrow and I hope now the fog has lifted well beyond you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
