Neither does masochism from the sound of it. I have learned that in taking revenge you hurt yourself...but it does make fabulous poetry. Write on Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

(big hugggsssssss) Revenge may taste sweet for one iota, but then it immediately becomes sour and a disease to the soul, as the villian of Othello, Iago, proves in Othello when he messes with his mind and in result causes Othello to murder his love Desdemona and make Iago seem like more of a hero! (sigh) This is incredibly wise, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Raphael, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Raph, I'm really glad that "revenge doesn't suit" you. It wouldn't make you happy in the end, anyway. "Love makes the world go around" |

Truly a hard lesson learned Mark. Thank you for the compliments Kethry, though i believe there is always a shade of masochism in a poet. Others forget their problems while we hold on and write about them. Noah what can i say, there is no sweeter heart on these pages then yours. Ethel you're right it didn't make me happy but your reply did thanks all [This message has been edited by Aenimal (11-30-2002 09:00 PM).] |

Of course revenge would leave a bitter taste in your mouth, dear one, because Raphael is the healing archangel! You powerfully put your point across! Well done! Earth Angel |

Revenge is a bittersweet treat. Few words speaking volumes here. |
