moon's translucent skin
eve tides invisible veil
a new sun rises
light years away
fading blue flames and embers
a sunrise escapes

long, last sigh of night
a dream reclines in repose
sun slips into place
a parchment moon
writes through smoke-filled clouds
and stained glass windows

Poetry is:
Passion, imagination and intellect running together.

Aloha with warmest regards, Cheryl Stewart Koomoa

the sun is swallowed

(smiles) And the moon writes a villanelle to the sun in response to the warm affection he offers her! (kiss on cheek) This is gorgeous, sweet friend, I just love the syzygy of magic you weave in your words, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Cheryl, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

CSKpoet~ Beautiful pictures you have written with your words.
That time of day/night when both moon and sun blend together and "dreams recline in repose" bringing days and nights filled with new hopes & dreams...Paul
