somebody's dungeon

The shades of midnight
vary with the moon,
from dark ebony
to deep shades of blue.

Sometimes with the fog
or a haze in the sky,
grey is the shade
of a shrouded midnight.

Crescent of moon
and black is midnight
no shade..just deep
absence of light.

I learned all this
as I sat in my bed
contemplating the night
with you in my head.

Unable to sleep
caught up in the sight,
of the incredible shades
the moon paints at midnight.

(big hugggssssss) Oh Anne, this is lovely, sweet friend, I too am always disturbed by the beauty of the moon at night and can't help but sleep late thinking of Joanna seeing the moonbeams glow! (kiss on cheek) This is breathtaking, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Anne, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Noah dear friend, thanks so much for your very special words.

Thank you Sy, glad you enjoyed.

Thank you pretzel for reading and responding.

Barry, yes I understand, at our age we need all the rest we can get. This was a rare occurrence actually.

majnu, my dear friend, those words of praise from you mean so much. Thank you.
