Moon's remnant of silhouette catches within framing hole. Breaking light across dirt road. Giving ember light to coal. Home's remnant of sihouette slides back down into the dust. Morning bed where windows lay, gone to heat and impact rust. Stair's remnant of silhouette. Street to sky with buckled walls. Sunrise red and brown collects clouds of dust in puffs and falls. Cup's remnant of silhouette brimming ashes and matchheads. Nails scattered, not smoked to trash, laying white as though not dead. Smoke's remnant of silhouette wavers from a girl outside. Enters gateway of no door. Skyward silhouettes -- she hides. |

Poetic thoughts, silhouetted in remnants of moonlight magic. I like this, so I'll keep it, thank you. |

I often wish I could see things through your eyes. And with you poetry, I can and I do... I love the way you delve into the implications of a single image and apply it to the unexpected. Always, ya make me think. And even better? You make me like it. |
