In dark of night no flight of angel's wing, As skin to skin did burn hate's piercing sting, From forth night's void life's scourge as evil leapt, While deep within child's soul, a poet slept. Fell saltless tears from well of flowless spring, With question asked, will song bird ever sing? Within his heart hell's pain in anguish crept, While deep within boy's soul, a poet slept. Forevermore the black of night does bring, His silent screams, sorrows ever wailing, Within his heart a young boy ever wept, While in man's soul; forever poet slept. On fettered wings he yearns to touch the skies, On broken wings, a muted poet cries. |

Some poets of heart might never speak but your poet's words shall we ever seek... |
