I'm lonely. It makes me laugh, that. Here, with two of my closest friends, I'm lonely. Well, it would make me laugh, but the tension in the air between the two of them is tangible. I can taste it, bitterness a horrible taste in the back of my mouth. I can nearly smell it, like something rotten. I can feel the tightness around me, pulling me first one way, then the other, as they fight over top of my head. I don't think they know anymore that I'm even here. They are too absorbed in themselves, in their own wants. I suppose its too much for me to want my friends to both be happy. . . Ok, not sure if I like this one either. *shrug* It's how I'm feeling, and it's what came out of my fingers. Kielo This is dedicated with love to my two very close friends, whom I still love, no matter how much pain they cause me. |

I think, That either you really just wanted to be alone,.. Or you felt as if no one wanted you... Just dont forget that you got friends here who will always love you. Enjoyed the read. Thank you for sharing. I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait. |
