Beauty Return To Me

For awhile it was beautiful
but now I don't know if the
beauty really existed or if
it was just a fantasy show.
Was this beauty destined
to last only for a season?
Is this the nature of beauty
to leave for all of
the wrong reasons?
I hope I'm only sowing
seeds of discontent.
I hope beauty will find
its way back to me from
wherever it is it went.
