Strangely soft sweet birds sing All ancient days by melody passed, From parent to child a historic ring Is maintained long recalling the past. Whence this knowledge gained such creatures, Only those that are gone could tell, Yet listen close, picking out features With woven songs of yore speaking spells. Lucsious light lingers everwaiting, Westering sun dips down far sailing. ---------------------------------------------- if i screwed up in regards to the challenge please let me know. challenge: minumum 10 line poem, with 5 words minimum on each line, rhyming, and the clincher is: no repeated words! |
