It helps to write when our hearts ache like now, we feel The disappointments coming for different reasons, from circumstances beyond our control Our plans for this weekend together this time cancellation is possible To be together for even short times of happiness to share our love Yes, to write helps when this loneliness for each other grips our hearts Longing to see each other just to be together to enjoy each others company When distance separates us because of situations we've gotten into It helps to write when miles can't be reached through, just to touch our fingertips Still, we both are so very thankful our hearts of love feel no distance Of this, it always helps to write, of our love we will always write |

 (sigh) Oh Ethel, this is sooooooo beautiful and so true, sweet friend, and your love for Gary is so strong and I know he can't wait to read all these gorgeous poems the day you finally are married and never again have to long from distances apart! Noah, thank you so much for your sweet reply. I knew that you would know exactly how I feel. because of you and Joanna loving each other so much and not being able to see each other every day. Donna, it sure is. Writing helps get out those pent-up feelings that would probably make us explode if they stayed inside us. It feels that way sometimes, anyway. Don't you think? Yeah, I'm feeling the emotions in this poem very much today. In fact. I may just go to the "feelings forum" and try to get some of these feelings out. I don't like to be depressed and down feeling. I've found that we have to help ourselves with the emotions we have at times. Thanks, Donna. Love makes the world go 'round (unkown) |
