A person's eyes are a sign
Of what they are capable of

Look into my eyes

Do you see a man? a child?
a lover? a killer?
a fighter? a theif?
an artist? an athelete?
Do you see risk? predictability?
Ignorance? Intelligence?
love? vengance?
Can you see through my act?
Can you see my pain?

Can you see the real me?
Most likely you see what I want you to see

If you are lucky I will let you in
But you have to understand
That you will never really know me
or what I am capable of

Look into my eyes

Hello! It is true, many will only see what you intend for them to see. Ironically, there may be a few who see through your mask and disguise as if it were transparent, and see YOU more clearly than you might like.
