Here reflected
shimmering like sunshine
are words of love,
split by light
then transformed into colors.

The shades of emotion
that escape my heart.

Flashes in hues of blue,
splashes of red on page
flaunt of yellow, slash of sienna
bold black to speak of rage.

Placed with rainbow effect
not in any way perfect
but the wording of my life
in a color filled array
words that paint pictures
in tone I have my say.

So read with eyes wide open
sense color, emotional wheel
turning with the surreal force
it's my world and how I feel.
